Who we are and what this is

American Injury Partners, a brand of Golden Partners, operates this website as a joint advertising service on behalf of participating law firms. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we are not a lawyer referral service. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship with us or with any participating firm until you and that firm sign a written agreement.

Using the site

You must be 18 or older. You agree to give accurate information in the check and to submit only your own details. You may not use the site to send unlawful, misleading or automated traffic, or to copy or scrape its content.

The check and any estimate

The check asks general questions to decide whether a participating firm in your state and case type should call you. Any estimate shown is a range from reported data for broadly similar claims. It is not a valuation, not legal advice, and not a promise about your case. Whether you have a claim, and what it is worth, can only be assessed by a lawyer who reviews your facts. We make no guarantee about your eligibility for a claim, your ability to recover compensation, the amount of any settlement or payout, or whether a lawyer will contact you.

Contact and consent

By submitting the form you give the consent described on it and in our Disclosures. You can withdraw it at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Participating law firms

Participating firms are independent. We do not control their advice, their fees, or how they handle your matter. Any agreement you make with a firm is between you and the firm. We select which firm contacts you by objective criteria only, and you may request a firm or lawyer by name.

Deadlines

Every state sets time limits for bringing a claim. Information about deadlines on this site is general and may not apply to your situation. Do not rely on it. Speak with a lawyer promptly.

No warranties and limits on liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Intellectual property

The American Injury Partners name, mark, design, text and images belong to Golden Partners or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the consumer protection law of your own state applies and cannot be waived.
